Restore a subscription
Open Kinetiny → Settings → Restore purchases. Make sure the device uses the Apple Account that made the original purchase.
Manage or cancel
Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Kinetiny. Apple controls billing and refunds.
Reminders are not appearing
Check Kinetiny → Settings → Daily reminder, then allow notifications in iOS Settings → Notifications → Kinetiny.
